Diane's Story
After high school I went to SMU in N. Dartmouth,MA and left to have a family,after marrying David Carter. We were married for 2 1/2 years and separated when I was 5 months pregnant. I lived alone and raised the two boys and had hope that we would get back together for the next 2 1/2 years. I finally felt used and although I never wanted a divorce...felt I needed to have a healthier lifestyle to raise them....and got divorced. I was single again and went back to school when they were ages 2 and 4yrs....to be a nurse.( It was what made the most money in the least amt of time) ...Expand for more
I really loved being a Mom and wanted to be with my children. When the boys (Shane and Justin) were 6 and 8yr.. I met Robert DiPietro and dated for 2 1/2 yrs... and then married him. We had three girls. The boys always maintained their relationship with their dad, David while living with us. We all have a good working relationships and no hard feelings. The girls ( Lauren, Leah and Kyla)are ages 23,21 and 20..and I have left to start a new beginning in my own apartment after almost 23 years of marriage. I am exploring who I am and what I want to do with the rest of my life.
